Enrollment Information
Welcome to the Grass Lake School District!
We are a dedicated community of educators, parents, and students working together to provide a nurturing and challenging learning environment where every child can reach their full potential.
Placement Information:
- George Long Elementary: Young 5's - 5th grades
- Grass Lake Middle School: 6th - 8th grades
- Grass Lake High School: 9th - 12th grades
In order to register the following information is needed.
- Two proofs of residency (tax bill, purchase agreement, rental agreement, utility bill associated with home)
- Original Birth Certificate. We MUST see an original.
- Immunization record. All immunizations must be completed by the first day of school or your child will not be able to start school on the first day.
- If you are a School of Choice student, a School of Choice form is required. This does not qualify as a proof of residency.
- High School Students - A copy of their transcript from the school district they are transferring from.
- Kindergarten Only
- Vision screening proof within the last 3 years.
- Small, recent photo of child (no bigger than 2x2)
The above documents can be taken to the building office which you are enrolling during normal office hours.
George Long Elementary: 8:00am - 3:30pm
Grass Lake Middle School: 7:30am - 3:00pm
Grass Lake High School: 7:30am - 3:00pm
