Grass Lake High School Forensics Advisor Mrs. Amy Janz announced the achievements of members of the Forensics team this past Saturday, February 29, at the Leap Day Tournament at Dexter High School. The competition was fierce, but our students rallied and brought their best performances so far.
Congratulations to Elsa Miller for her fifth place finish in Original Oratory. I would like to honorably mention Xander Reynolds for narrowly missing semi-finals with his thirteenth place finish in Storytelling.
Thanks to the scores of the entire team and especially Elsa and Xander, Grass Lake brought home the second place team trophy in the small team category.
