National Breakfast Week is March 4-8, 2024

We are sending out some exciting information from our Grass Lake School District Food Service.

JUST SOME THINGS WE ARE COOKING UP!
March 4 - 8, 2024 is National Breakfast Week

We have exciting entrees for breakfast that we have already started to serve. Your students may tell you about our
wonderful Parfaits that our hard working staff put together. We did the trial run on our strawberry and ran out before breakfast could finish. The student's loved them! We will also have breakfast for lunch coming up in March. Look for hot breakfast items on National Breakfast Week and 100% Fruit Smoothies and more.

Our Food Service Staff have been hard at work making lots of items from scratch. New items like Pepperoni Pasta Bake, Homemade Pot Pies, Fresh cut up Fruit Salads and so much more. New items in March for lunch will include Cheesy Hamburger Bake, Taco Salads with edible Tortilla Bowls, Geogie's Lunchables and Biscuits and Gravy, with sausage and scrambled eggs!

You may also notice for Lent that we have meatless items on Fridays as well as our delicious fish nuggets and fish sandwiches coming up.
